Run by? The sessions are led by our welcoming, fun and caring qualified and volunteer coaches who love their hockey and want to share that passion led by Lily Knott.

What will training look like?

• designed to be a relaxed and fun introduction to the game
• adapted to use modified equipment where necessary
• a typical session combines warming up, technical skills practise and culminates in game-play (fun and competitive!)
