We offer a wide range of training sessions for all our members including club training and performance sessions. All training sessions this season will take place at Oaklands College.

If you are new to the club or are coming back to hockey, please contact our relevant club captains who will advise which session you should join.

TRAINING: ADULTS
The adult season will start on Wednesday 27th August 2025

NB You should plan to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your session, so you're warmed up and ready to go at your start time.

Monday	20:00 - 21:30	Club Training (Men's 7s, 8s, 9s, Centurions)
Tuesday	19:45 - 21:30	Performance Training (Women's 1s, 2s and Men's 1s, 2s)
Wednesday	19:00 - 20:30	Club Training (Women's 3s, 4s, 5s)
Wednesday	20:00 - 21:30	Club Training (Men's 3s, 4s, 5s, 6s)
Thursday	19:45 - 21:30	Performance Training (Women's 1s, 2s and Men's 1s, 2s)

Adult GK training is offered regularly throughout the season.

TRAINING: YOUTH

The youth season will start for all age groups mid week - 2nd and 4th September and Sunday 7th September 2025.

Please ensure that you arrive 15 minutes before your training session, so you can warm up and be ready to go at your start time. Thanks.

Half term 15th, 17th and 19th February.

The final Sunday of the Autumn term: 14th December, will be a Christmas Festival.
The final Sunday of the Season: 29th March, will be a Tangerine Festival.
