Over 10 years experience, leading sports and hockey programmes in primary and secondary schools, alongside extra-curricular clubs and holiday camps
Over 15 years in performance environments, playing National League Hockey for St. Albans, Team Bath Buccaneers and Oxford Hawks (3 seasons in BUCS Premier League for Team Bath)

Ethos

I blend a passion for helping people improve and develop all aspects of their game, whilst also placing a huge emphasis on the psychological needs of the individual. I have been coached at a high level in both positive and negative environments, and it has taught me a great deal about how I wish to conduct myself and provide what players really need. I take pride in continually creating a safe, open, fun and emotionally intelligent space, where players are able to appropriately stretch their limits, share honest views and fully express themselves. I see this as pivotal both for their development as a hockey player, but more importantly as a human being.
