The Ramp Before trying the skill, we encourage you to do a quick warm and some stretches to raise your pulse. Example warm-up (repeat twice): 30 secs star jumps, 30 secs running on the spot, 30 secs high knee raises Example stretches: Lunges (10 reps), Squats (10 reps), Hamstring stretch You will need: 2m x 2m space, stick & ball (can also be tennis ball), raised stick on cones or similar If you'd like to post your skills videos on social media, use the hashtag #tangerinehockey and tag the club accounts: Instagram @stalbanshockey Twitter @StAlbansHC Facebook @StAlbansHockeyClub.
