Dear all, Hockey doesn't have to stop because lockdown starts! Introducing ‘SAHC lockdown hockey’: a weekly skills-based video that can be done at home using minimal equipment. Before trying the skill, we encourage you to do a quick warm and some stretches to raise your pulse. Example warm-up (repeat twice): 30 secs star jumps 30 secs running on the spot 30 secs high knee raises Example stretches: Lunges (10 reps) Squats (10 reps) Hamstring stretch Week 1: V drag You will need: 2m x 2m space 3 objects to use as cones hockey stick & ball (can also be tennis ball) If you'd like to post your V-drag videos on social media, use the hashtag #tangerinehockey and tag the club accounts: Instagram @stalbanshockey Twitter @StAlbansHC Facebook @StAlbansHockeyClub
