This year the Board has decided to hold a formal, online Annual General Meeting to present the Club’s accounts, make proposals for subscriptions and memberships for the 2026-27 season and elect board members.

A further, in person Club meeting will be held on Club Day at the start of the next season to provide an overview of on and off pitch activities in the 2025-26 season, further information regarding the Oaklands development, present awards, the 100 Club Special Draw and nominate Vice Presidents. Further details on arrangements for that meeting will be shared in due course.
