The AGM will be by Zoom on 29.6.21 at 7.30pm (Part 1) and 1.7.21 at 7.30pm (Part 2). All members and parents of youth members are welcome. Please do join us.

Any materials for the AGM will be uploaded to the SAHC website in the Information / Documents section under “AGM 2021” or shared on the screen on the night.

The Zoom links will be added to the Information / Documents / AGM 2021 section of the website.

Members and parents of youth members can participate in the AGM in any one of these ways:

Incoming emails won’t be monitored during the AGM itself. For Part 1, please send your email by 6pm on 27.6.21. For Part 2, by 6pm on 30.6.21.

2. Putting your Zoom “hand up” during one of the Forums, to indicate that you would like to speak in a Forum. I will get to as many people as I can. Please aim to keep it concise so we can include as many people as possible.

3. Posting a comment in the Zoom “chat” function during the meeting, which everyone can read. Please keep it punchy so people can digest it easily.
