Leading the way in Hertfordshire for youth hockey!
Matt Cocks in action...now a county player for Hertfordshire
The club plays a leading role within Hertfordshire as its centre of excellence, St. Albans Boys and Girls teams have been county champions on many occasions.
Clarence Park and the club is also Hertfordshire's hockey centre of excellence.
The club and schools are limited as to how many players they can each put forward for County trials, or development. If you are good enough, encourage your teachers to put you forward. BUT, let us know whether you have been put forward by your school or not. Perhaps the club can put you forward instead.
The following have gained county or regional honours: -
Boys
Rob Lee, Ross Barable, Martin Keyser, James Treadgold, Freddie Stirling Brown, Pete Hamid, Thaddeus Rivett, Kier Parkesh, Bradley Hudson, Thadduess Rivett, Pete Cornell and James Treadgold have all represented Hertfordshire or East at their respective age levels.
Girls
Holly Parsons, Lucy Barrett, Jo Martin, Lotte Goldthorpe, Elizabeth Hunt, Megan Anderson, Libby Covell, Amy Smith, Kelsey Alderman, Mary West, Tina Mash, Laura Playle, Hannah Vincent, Olivia Welch, Georgina Impson-Davey have all represented Hertfordshire or East at their respective age levels.
